Balloting and First Come First Serve
Book e-Card

After balloting period, users can book a card based on a First Come First Serve Basis
Withdraw a Ballot

User can only select one slot per attraction, during each balloting period, and allowed to withdraw and submit their ballot request up to two times before closing date and time.
First Come First Serve

After the Balloting Period, the system automatically switches to First Come First Serve for the remaining Cards
